My name is Precious Adaso, and I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward improved mental and emotional well-being. My passion for mental health care grew from a desire to help people feel seen, heard, and understood while navigating life’s challenges. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress-related concerns, and other mental health challenges. I understand that seeking help can feel overwhelming, and I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can openly share your experiences. My approach is holistic and collaborative, combining evidence-based treatment with compassionate care. I consider not only your symptoms, but also your lifestyle, environment, and personal goals when developing a treatment plan. My services include medication management as well as supportive therapy, a modality focused on strengthening coping skills, enhancing emotional resilience, and providing practical guidance through life’s challenges.
